I believe amateur golfers have a perception problem with the golf swing. Their picture is that of a swing with a series of movements that occur on each side of the body; one set of movements on the right side for a back swing and one set on the left side for the follow through (right-handed player). We get this perception from watching Golf on T.V. . Why? T.V. is of the two dimensional nature.
A golf swing is 3-dimensional and that is where real power exists, not in this movement from side to side, like your living in a 2- Dimensional box. The back swing is a upward coiling. The down swing is a downward uncoiling and the follow through is a recoiling back up. This is where you will find your raw power. Powerful Build-Up for a Swing
These two video are on short game shots. This is where you do all the scoring and build confidence for the rest of your game. Short game is the building block for better golf. It goes unsaid and way under the radar how much confidence is built with a strong short game.
