Boston Yogi’s Bring Winter Retreat to The International - Join us! Feb. 19 - 22, 2010

“We chose The International Golf Resort as our destination for its close proximity to Boston, the beauty of the property and space in the buildings, the Outdoor Center and of course, the food, “ says Sue Lynch, owner of Charlestown Yoga in Boston, who is coordinating the retreat.
The kick-off is a weekend long Yoga package called “The Winter Yoga Retreat at The International”, which features a weekend long escape with yoga classes instructed by Boston’s top yoga instructors. The International has also included local businesses in the event, The Nashoba Winery, Still River Outfitters and The Durga Yoga Studio in Harvard.
“We are very excited to host this event with Charlestown Yoga,” says Dan Weadock, CEO of The International. “We have a wonderful space here for these types of events but this is our first Yoga Retreat. This event also helps achieve our longer term goal of putting Bolton on the map alternate to Vermont and New Hamphire as a four-season vacation destination.”
The event is open to the general public and day passes for food and classes can be purchased separately.
The weekend includes all meals prepared The International’s chefs, a snowshoeing tour of the property by Still River Outfitters, a wine tasting event put on by the Nashoba Valley Winery and weekend long yoga classes. Retreat attendees can also book appointments at the on-site Spa at The International.
Weekend long packages start at $399 per person and day passes are available.
