In spite of reports the missing Tiger Woods will return to PGA Tour competition at the Accenture Match Play Championship in two weeks, don’t count on it. The original news story appeared in an Australian newspaper yesterday and was subsequently picked up by other news outlets.

The key point is the Melbourne Herald Sun did not quote a source for their story nor were they able to cite anything to confirm Woods’ teeing it up at the $8.5 million event in Marana, Ariz. he has won three times.

So if you are pulling for Woods return, don’t get you hopes up.

Woods supposedly has been undergoing psychological treatment for sexual addiction for the past two weeks at a clinic in Mississippi but no one is sure. As all throughout this tawdry matter aside from two pr agent written releases Woods and his management company IMG have kept a perfect silence. The only people talking are the women who say he had sexual relations with them.

There is nothing new…still.

yeah, not a chance! Does anyone think he'd actually choose the Accenture tournament to make his grand reappearance at, seeing as they were the first of his sponsors to ditch him? I don't think he'd give them the satisfaction.
