CVS CAREMARK CHARITY CLASSIC UNVEILS 2010 TOURNAMENT

Woonsocket, R.I. (March 1, 2010) – This June, 20 of the world’s best golfers will once again take to the greens at the Rhode Island Country Club for the annual CVS Caremark Charity Classic. The prestigious three-day tournament, slated for June 27-29, mixes fun with fundraising as world-class golfers team up to raise millions of dollars for area charities.
Hosted by PGA professionals and native Rhode Islanders Brad Faxon and Billy Andrade, the venerable tournament has raised more than $13 million for local charities throughout Rhode Island and Massachusetts since the tournament’s inception in 1999.
