James F. Farr Academy, Inc. 21st Golf Tournament

Cambridge, MA. – James F. Farr Academy, Inc. is seeking golfers for their 21st Annual Golf Tournament, on June 4, 2012 at the Indian Pond Country Club in Kingston, MA. James F. Farr Academy, Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to educating and enriching the lives of children and young adults. All of the proceeds made at the event will directly support the efforts of James F Farr Academy, Inc.’s three organizations: James F Farr Academy, Agape Inn and the Brookline Infant Toddler Center.

“This year James F. Farr Academy, Inc. is celebrating its 40th Anniversary of helping children and young adults become productive members of their community and families,” said Robert Greenspan, Director of Agape Inn. “The past forty years would have been very difficult without the golfers and businesses that have supported our golf tournament. We are seeking more golfers and businesses to join the tournament so that James F. Farr Academy, Inc. can continue to grow for another forty years.”

The James F Farr Academy, Inc. 21st Annual golf Tournament is open to all golfers. The tournament at Indian Pond Country Club will begin at 8:00 a.m. with a shotgun tee-off with foursomes playing a scramble format. A prize of $30,000 will be given to the first golfer who makes a hole in one on the country club’s signature fifth hole. Prizes will also be awarded for closet to the pin, and the longest drive. The day will also include a silent auction and raffle for sports tickets, weekend getaways and restaurant gift certificates.
