Tom Cosenzi Driving for the Cure Charity Golf Tournament The Tom E. Cosenzi Driving for the Cure Charity Golf Tournament will be held Sept. 26, at Springfield Country Club in West Springfield, Mass. This tournament remembers Tom Cosenzi, a successful businessman, and father of four who succumbed to brain cancer on September 3, 2009, at the early age of 52. Tournament proceeds will support research at the Center for Neuro-Oncology at Dana-Farber/Brigham and Women’s Cancer Center, under the leadership of Patrick Wen, MD. The Jimmy Fund Golf Program is one of the oldest and largest charity golf programs in the country. Now in its 29th year, The Jimmy Fund Golf Program has raised more than $80 million for life-saving cancer research and treatment for adults and children at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
