While I’ve always talked about how the mind can actually get in the way of an effective golf swing and how to eliminate or ‘relax’ it, (the brain), during the swing motion, I can not begin to tell you how many times I have chuckled every time I passed golf books like ZEN GOLF, GOLF IN THE KINGDOM and the like.
Josh’s book REALLY got my attention! And that says a lot coming from a ‘reforming’ non reader.
As I have always said; The system knows how to swing the club. NOT the consious brain. It, (brain), needs to be trained to work at playing the course while its unconscious part can be used to ‘trust’ the system’s ability to swing the club.
