Mark Stevens a New Hampshire pro golfer who is just 24 years of age and was born in Hyannis while his dad was a pilot for Cape Air, made his trip a memorable one at the 20th Cape Cod Open held at Old Barnstable Fairgrounds and Hyannis.
Last years CCO was his first professional event, finishing tied for 32nd shooting a 221. One year later, the CCO became Stevens’s first win as a pro shooting a 7-under-par 206 finishing one shot better than Carbone and Valentine, who came in at 207. Stevens won with a blistering final round of 65 to emerge on top!
