Background on Charity
Medical Missions for Children (MMFC) is a Woburn, Massachusetts based non-profitorganization that dispatches teams of surgeons, anesthesiologists, dentists and nurses to the most remote and underprivileged communities in the developing world. The focus of MMFC’s missions is the surgical repair of cleft lip and palate deformities, burn injuries, microtia (absence of the outer ear) and head/neck tumors. MMFC currently sends 15 to 20 surgical and dental missions each year to China, Ecuador, Guatemala, India, Peru, the Philippines, Rwanda, Tanzania, and Ukraine. Since its inception over 21 years ago, MMFC has launched over 175 missions worldwide and has operated on over 15,000 children and young adults. MMFC has also provided dental care to over 50,000 patients. Dennis Snyder MD Chairman MMFC and one of MMFC’s founders. Member MCC. Background of Marshfield Country Club
Marshfield Country Club, MCC, offers golf the way it’s meant to be played. We are an 18 Hole Par 70 private facility in Marshfield, Massachusetts. The course features 6,295 yards of golf from the back tees for a par of 70. The course rating from the back tees is 70.8 and a slope rating of 131 along with 73.4 and 128 from the forward tees.
The entire golf course was designed by Wayne E. Stiles. The first nine holes opened in 1922 and the second nine opened in 1931. Much of the original design remains the same today and, despite technological advances in golf equipment this relatively short course offers a formidable challenge to golfers of varying abilities.
MCC is a member owned club and we offer a relaxed and friendly atmosphere with well maintained course conditions year round. Set amid gently rolling hills and thick outer woods, it’s the perfect layout for serious golfers. We believe our Mission captures the essence of MCC:

Our Superintendent, Thomas E. Harrington, and his staff are always coming up with new ways to make your golfing experience a pleasure. Our Greens Crew is attentive and anticipates how to compensate for the adverse effects of weather in the Plymouth Bay area. You’ll find great practice facilities, cutting-edge golf instructions, and state-of-the- art golf equipment and apparel under James Antonelli PGA Professional, and his staff. James provides instructional programs for beginners and families and facilitates small member-sponsored golf outings.
