Prices so low at one southern golf community, they're practically giving them away

Posted on 01/27/10 04:40 PM

Cobblestone Park outside Columbia, SC, is near one of America's most affordable cities, is nicely landscaped, has 27 holes of impressive golf (another 9 may be added) and is host to the men's and women's golf teams at USC. And yet, because property specu   —   read more »

Golf communities that will float your boat

In the something-for-everyone era of golf community development in the 1980s and ‘90s, developers loaded on the amenities. If a prospect didn’t play golf, then tennis, an Olympic-sized pool, a state of the art fitness center and even nature trails would be lure enough   read more »
