Determining World Cup by penalty kicks (came close) is silly. Ryder Cup equivalent -- line-up everyone for 2 ft putts. First miss loses.

Wall Street Journal article today, "A Developer's Dilemma," about hiring Tiger Woods as golf course designer.
Expect to be at Callaways Gardens in GA in early March for collegiate golf tourney. Should be fun.
That sounds great. Lets do it and looking forward to it.
Real estate agents selling golf community homes in southeast tell me they are getting more calls. Let's hope this is not a false positive.
